Bio	Greetings, here’s a little about me, I was born in Alaska and raised in Utah, I’m the youngest of five children. I’m the father of six children and 10 grandchildren. I’m an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Later Day Saints and enjoy studying history and genealogy. I’ve been involved with Life Engineering since December of 2022, I’m very excited about what’s being created, I’m grateful for opportunity to participate.

Education	Some College, I’ve received the majority of my education through my employers, I’ve had the opportunity of getting certified as Behavior Based Safety Consultant. I’m an Authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer. I’m certified to facilitate a number of Personal Development Courses, course include Franklin Covey’s Leading at the Speed of Trust, The Color Code, The New Reality, and The OZ Principle.
Hobbies	My hobbies are cycling, snowshoeing, exploring/hiking, fishing, reading and wrestling my grandkids

Work History	I spent 33 year working for Smith’s/Kroger, I served as a Human Resource/Safety Manager along, in addition to a Corporate Training & Development Manager. I also worked several years as a Regional Safety Manager for Suburban Propane.
Licenses or Certifications	Certified Behavioral Based Safety Consultant, Certified to teach the following courses: Color Code, The OZ Principle, Leading at the Speed of Trust, and the New Reality.
