Not every orbit is good. Sometimes we find ourselves in a toxic orbit. Maybe it’s a bad relationship, or a bad team, or a bad habit, or even an addiction. The science of disengagement can be a good guide on how to facilitate an active exit from an orbit that is occupying valuable space in our lives.

This discussion thread will be focused on using the science of engagement and the understanding of the Orbits specifically toward exiting those orbits that are otherwise holding us back!
