Activity – Motivation Exercise

Different people will add or subtract things from the same environment to make it ideal for them: some need no music, sound or distraction to study or work, while others love to blast music to stay focused. Some rely on rituals or routines to get energized at the gym. Even building in simple triggers like setting something out to use later can positively shape your environment to help you reach your objectives.
