Identify the Most Critical Areas of Your Life
Tools
While there are lots of contexts in which we live our lives, some contexts are more important than others.
The contexts that matter most to us—those that we simply cannot let fail—these are called our Critical Contexts.
These are things like family, work, spouse, partner, physical health, mental health, social health, spiritual health, etc.
They’re the contexts of our lives that are important enough that we should be deliberate about.
