Activity – Alignment Pre-Assessment
We use the word “normal” to mean all kinds of things including “right” or “correct.” Normal actually means what most people are doing and what has become the accepted thing to do. Pushing against norms is not always “wrong,” it’s just outside of what most people do or think.
Consider those times you were outside the norm as you complete the activity below.
