Activity – “Normal” Jobs
At work there are many points of view that are either in alignment or out of alignment with each other. When you think about what you align with, it’s useful to consider other perspectives. Over time the basis of many different jobs has been normalized, which isn’t necessarily good or bad.
Look at the jobs types in the following activity and consider whether you align with “normal” or “different” points of view.
