The 16 Elements are divided into four pillars to help you quickly orient, assemble, act, and achieve your goals on your own journey to purpose.
The Orient Pillar is about discovering your path. It includes Perspective, Identity, Objective and Plan. The Assemble Pillar supports you along your journey. It includes Mentor, Relationship, Space, Environment. The Act Pillar is where things happen. It includes Alignment, Score, Investment, and Momentum. The Achieve Pillar is where you experience results. It includes Impact, Growth, Renewal, and Value.
