Team experience holds an incredibly strong correlation to positive team outcomes, regardless of the type of team or the type of work the team does.
The Life Engineering Team Experience Assessment helps organizations identify the drivers of team experience, and the level to which they are either active or missing in their teams.
In addition, Team Experience helps individuals see how their experience compares with the team’s as a whole.
Simply answer the questions below, which usually takes about 5 minutes.Â
You’ll be presented with two opposing statements and a scale in between. Choose any point along the scale that best represents your current experience on your team.
When enough individuals from your team have responded, we’ll be able to provide a comparison report that shows two scores: the individual (you) and the team.
