the opportunity

We’re on the hunt for a high-energy, persistent, and dedicated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This isn’t your typical cold-calling role; you’ll be reaching out to an extensive database of pre-existing clients who are unfamiliar with this additional offering, making your calls warmer and more receptive.

Opportunities for Growth: 

Show us your prowess! After 6 months of on-target performance, or just 3 months at 150% of on-target performance, you’ll have the opportunity to graduate to a full Account Executive (AE) position.

key responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to our existing client base to introduce our new offerings.
  • Set up demo calls and ensure their successful execution.
  • Understand and effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with our sales team to drive revenue growth.
  • Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers.
  • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM.
  • Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities.

compensation

  • Base pay: $800/week ($20/hr for a 40-hour week… or $41,600 per year)

  • Upfront Bonus for Successful Meeting Setups:
    • Orgs with under 100 employees: $25
    • Orgs with over 100 employees: $75
  • Backend Commission Split:
    • 10% of earned commissions on past customers.
    • 20% of earned commissions on net-new customers.
  • Anticipated backend commissions and bonuses are anticipated to equate to around an additional $1,000 to $1,500 per week.

  • Base pay with on-target earnings should equate to around $100,000 / year.

what we're looking for

  • At least 6 months (ideally 1 year) of experience in “setting” or SDR roles, specifically with organizational software solutions.
  • Familiarity with SMB and HR markets is a bonus.
  • A go-getter attitude, resilience, and a good understanding of software sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, self-organize, and self-prioritize work
