These are the 5 core Elements (also called Motivators) that make up your Personal Energy Formula. Each represents an aspect of your personality and imbues your personality with certain attributes, strengths, characteristics, passions, inclinations and motivations.

Each of these 5 Element Motivators work together to form the unique chemistry of who you are. Your personality is the unique chemistry of each of these 5 Element Motivators working together. 

The Element Weight is an indication of the level of impact that particular Element has on your overall identity profile. They come in Tier’s, as follows:

• Tier 1 (score of 86-100) – Maximum Impact
• Tier 2 (score of 71-85) – High Impact
• Tier 3 (score of 46-70) – Medium Impact
• Tier 4 (score of 21 – 45) – Low Impact
• Tier 5 (score of 0-20) – Minimal Impact

As you study this formula, take time to consider the Element Weights of each of Element, and what that means.

For instance, if the first three Elements are Tier 1 Motivators, and the last two Elements are Tier 3 Motivators, then the majority of your personality will be comprised of those first three Elements, with the latter two adding color and focus to those Elements. In this case, you would want to really concentrate on understanding your first three motivators, as they have a disproportionate impact on who you are.

On the other hand, if all 5 Elements in your formula are Tier 1 Motivators, and the gap between them is small, than that gap is likely within the margin of error of the assessment. In that case it really doesn’t matter what order they’re in, because they all have nearly an equivalent impact on your identity attributes.

To best understand the overall chemistry of personality, consider each Elements the level of impact (Element Weight).

When you understand how these Elements combine to form your personality, this understanding can be a guide for your journey through life. They will help you understand the paths you’re likely to be successful in, the things you’ll be naturally motivated to do and find fulfillment from.
