Activity – Relationship and Trust
Part 1: Consider how those you lead view you. Answer the questions as you best you can from their perspective.
Part 2: Choose one individual at work with whom you can improve your relationship the most. Next, select one of the areas described to invest in the relationship. As you focus on the relationship, determine how you will provide better access to resources, offer coaching and mentoring, or change the environment in a way that helps them think about and/or perform their job better.Â
