DISCOVER and explore THE psychometric diversity within a team, department, or organization

This report uses the personality profiles of a team to give you insight into the level of diversity across key psychometric factors. Remember, psychometric diversity is only one aspect of diversity to consider when making organizational decisions.

STEP 1

Get your team on board

First, you’ll need to make sure everyone on the team has their own account. You can add your team using the Manage Team Members page to get them signed up. Signing up is easy and takes less than a minute. 

STEP 2

Take The Personal Energy Profile

Next, make sure each member of your team takes their personality assessment (the Personal Energy Profile). The assessment takes about 15 minutes. You can manage and view their profiles on the Team Energy Profiles page.

STEP 3

Generate a Diversity Report

Once all the members of the team have taken their personality assessment, click on the “New Report” tab above to run a team Psychometric Diversity report.

CREATE A NEW REPORT

Below are all the team members whom you have permission to view. If you need access to reporting data for an individual not on this list, please request access from the administrator.

In the table below, click “Select Report” and from the dropdown, choose “Diversity.”  

Next, create a name for this report (e.g. “Marketing Team Diversity Report”).

Lastly, select the individuals you want to include in the report. If the checkbox for an individual you want to include is inactive, it means they haven’t yet taken their profile.

You NEED A
leadership account

You currently have an Employee Essentials account through your organization.

Those with a leadership account have access to additional content and tools, which can include:

  • Create memberships for your team members
  • View team members’ Personal Energy Profiles
  • Measure team satisfaction
  • Measure team engagement
  • Life Engineering Leadership Academy
  • Leadership Principle Inventory
  • Leadership Articles

To request Leadership access, contact your organization’s administrator (you can just click on the Admin tab above to see who that is and to send them a message).
