  As parents, our children will experience these stages within the orbits of their lives. We’ll watch as they engage and disengage with friends, with sports, with school, with religion, with their own identity, or even with the family itself.

  Understanding the orbits, and the behavioral signals kids send as they traverse these stages can help you be a more aware and intentional guide and mentor, as you help them navigate the complexities of life.
