- Winnie the Pooh as what some might call a “results-orientation.” Others might describe these same behaviors as “impulsivity with obsessive fixation.”
- Tigger is eager and energetic, bouncing around on his tail in excitement. He brings energy to every adventure. He’s also a rabble-rouser and easily distracted.
- Piglet keeps the team aware of danger and encourages exploration of alternatives due to anxiety.
- Rabbit is task-oriented, hyper-vigilant, and hyper-focused. Rabbit is a tad OCD.
- Owl is witty and wise, but easily confused.
- Eeyore can enumerate all the risks and potential failures but he’s gloomy.
- Christopher Robin is upbeat and imagines all the adventures. But he may avoid making actual friends.
Reflection is critical to learning. It taps into our Spiritual Intelligence, an inner awareness below the level of consciousness. It triggers emotions which act as cognitive markers to facilitate memory. The science shows these activities will increase both memory and understanding, so we recommend that you truly invest in them.
